That’s why, earlier this year, we published a white paper based on a poll of over 400 small company owners on the condition of small business in the first quarter of 2014.

In fact, 76 percent of those polled anticipate to hire additional personnel this year. That’s good news for the many job searchers out there in this shaky but improving economy.
